
Guangxi Beibu Gulf Airlines, or simply GX Airlines, is a Chinese airline based at Nanning Wuxu International Airport. GX is a joint venture between Tianjin Airlines and the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Investment Group. GX Airlines commenced operations on 13 February 2015 as one of the first airlines based in Guangxi.
In November 2015, GX Airlines inducted its first foreign pilots. As of November 2017, the airline has a fleet of eight Embraer 190 aircraft. GX Airlines also plans to begin flights to Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, and destinations in Northeast and Southeast Asia. As of January 2017, GX Airlines flies to 44 destinations in China.
During ‘days on’, pilots can expect to fly for 2 or 3 days followed by 1 or 2 days off, often dependent on whether it is peak travel season or not.

Beijing Capital Airlines operates under the marketing brand Capital Airlines, a subsidiary of Hainan Airlines.
The company was established in 1995 as Deer Jet Airlines. In 1998, it began offering international services under the Deer Air branding. In October 2007, it received its first Airbus A319 and began returning the formerly operated Boeing 737s. Deer Jet began providing charter services in December 2008 using a fleet of A319s and corporate jets. The airline was authorized by the Civil Aviation Administration of China to operate scheduled air services in 2009.
On 2 April 2010, Beijing Capital Airlines CO., LTD. launched its first service, based in Beijing Capital International Airport. Deer Jet Airlines was divided into two companies on May 4, 2010. While the charter operation has kept the Deer Jet branding, scheduled operations using Airbus aircraft were renamed Capital Airlines. Capital Airlines operates mainly in China, focusing on international air passenger service and cargo transport operations.
Since 2015, long haul flights between China and other cities such as Madrid and Maldives have been operated by Beijing Capital Airlines with Airbus A330 aircraft. In the future, Capital Airlines will be leveraging the Chinese outbound tourism market, developing more tourism products, further improving the domestic and international route network. The airline is one of the four founding memebers of the U-FLY Alliance, which is the world's first alliance of low-cost carriers. It formed in January 2016 by HK Express, Lucky Air, Urumqi Air, and West Air.

West Air, is a low-cost airline based in New North Zone, Chongqing, People's Republic of China, operating a scheduled passenger network to 18 domestic destinations out of Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport and one international route to Changi Airport in Singapore. The company was established in March 2006 by its parent company Hainan Airlines, with the launch of scheduled services on 14 July 2010. The airline is one of the four the founding members of the U-FLY Alliance.
As of December 2017, West Air have a fleet of 30 aircraft and 43 destinations.
West Air provide accommodation for the first 2 months after a pilot initially reports for duty when commencing operation for the company. After 2 months, pilots must find their own accommodation. West Air do provide some shuttle bus routes for crew to get to and from work.
